Q: about how long does it take to cook down after taking out of the oven for it to be safe to put the leftovers in the fridge? thanks.
A: Hello! The cooling process of the dish will depend on what you cooked in it previously and the temperature of the room you're in. We would recommend letting the dish sit on a dry towel or wooden trivet to cool down before moving to the fridge. We hope this helps!
