  • A: You don't have to keep reclipping it. You can clip it to the cover or several pages of the book. The light extends over the top of the book, so there's no need to move it at all.

Complete waste of $15 - Don't bother

It worked great at first and I had no issues for the first two weeks of using it. Then, all of a sudden it wasn’t working. I kept pressing the button to turn it on, but nothing would happen. I changed the batteries, no improvement. After pressing it multiple times, the light would turn on, but it wouldn’t dim no matter how many times, or how hard, I pressed and held it. I then had to press the button multiple times again to turn it off.

Box says powered by 2 AAA batts, insert says 3. Don’t want to unscrew it to see how many it actually takes because it works for now.

Frustrating

Did not work out of the box. Pressed the button and nothing happened. Did not have the right sized (tiny) screwdriver to open the battery case, so could not even try to change the batteries. Will return with disappointment.

I love that it uses AAA batteries instead of those expensive button batteries. I also love the dimmer feature. The flexible neck is slightly short and I would have rated it 5 stars if it had been just 1/2” longer.

Top notch book light

This is an awesome book light. I needed one while out of town and after looking at all Target sold, chose this one. What a great light! I have another light that is similar but it is not bright and awkward to use. This one is the total opposite—light brightness is adjustable and it works great to shine light on both pages and is not awkward. This is the book light to get!!! Battery is still going strong after several months of use so far.
