A: Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. Let the mask dry for up to 15-20 minutes. Once dry rinse with warm water to remove - you may want to use a face cloth or flannel on the tougher parts to remove. Then gently pat your face dry with a towel. We hope that helps!

A: Hi Hannah, to use our Lavender Mud Mask all you need to do is simply cleanse you face and pat dry, apply the mask with your fingertips, leave for 15 minutes or until dry and then rinse off with warm water. Burned my skin

I put it on and it immediately started burning and stinging so I washed it off immediately. My face was extremely red and burned I do not recommend

Burns the skin!

Burned my skin! As soon as I started spreading it on my t-zone area, it immediately started tingling & lightly burning. It wasn’t awfully yet so I just kind of left it while I put the rest on my forehead cheeks and chin. I didn’t think it would get this bad. Then it got worse, my nose and cheek started to really hurt so I washed it off and now my face is very red. I didn’t even leave it on 2 minutes, hopefully the burn will calm down soon with some soothing lotion. My skin is not even that sensitive, just stay away from this product. It’s awful!

I don’t really love mud masks, but this one got the job done. It evened out my skin tone, easy on my skin, but I didn’t love the scent.

Burns your skin!

Burned my skin! Had this on for 10 seconds and immediately felt stinging sensation. Rinsed it off immediately and my face is still bright read an hour later! I've NEVER had this happen before with a face mask.

Don't do it!

Like many others, this mask (and any others from this brand I’ve tried) irritated my skin. My face was itchy and I looked like a tomato for hours, until using hydrocortisone cream.

I just used this mask that I’ve had for over a year and it did not give me a rash however they might have changed their formula since. I enjoyed this mask and got 3 uses out of the one package. it smelled nice and left my skin soft.

Awful skin reaction. As soon as I put it on my face my entire face started to burn. I would never recommend this!!! Especially if kids were to use this. Too many ingredients that are awful and not good for sensitive skin, or any skin.

Bad Reaction

My daughter used this and not long after applying it started burning. When removed her face was red and irritated. She has never had a reaction like this to any other skin products and masks, so she doesn’t have overly sensitive skin.

Stay Away! Ouch!!!

I usually like these masks, but I would steer clear of this one. I had to swap it out for a Cortizone mask with a Benadryl chaser. Hopefully my skin will recover soon because it only took about 2 minutes to burn my whole face. And from the looks of the reviews, I'm not the only one- they should probably pull this from the lineup. My skin has never reacted this way to a mud mask or lavender!

Opposite of relaxing!

I used these for a girls sleepover and thought they’d be find since they are “relaxing.” Both of the girls complained of stinging within 2 mins of application and when we took them off (right away after that) their faces were bright red. If this shouldn’t be used on girls younger than 13, there should be a warning on the package.
