Burned and caused a slight skin rash after only 3 min of use. Had to wash it off immediately. It did have a pleasant smell, but the eye and mouth holes were too small and it was very ill fitting (compared to other mask brands). I do not recommend.

I have sensitive skin in the sense it is not always easy to find products that work for me. This rose sheet mask has a true rose smell that I found refreshing and calming. It also felt cooling and hydrating to my skin. A nice treat for my skin after a recent surgery.

The mouth, nose and eye holes are poorly designed/cut. Also kind of rough; not a soothing or enjoyable treatment. Besides cheeks and forehead, it doesn't really contact your face, dries out very quickly, doesn't stick and yet, is overly watery. Was looking forward to using it on my flight! I love ethical brands so hoping they can improve this

Really bad mask. It was so watery and dripped everywhere. It didn't fit well on my face, and the eye and mouth holes were really small. And it burned a lot within the first few seconds of putting it on - which may be evident of a skin pH issue on my end, but still

The gel itself it nice. However, the mask appears to be sized for someone with a flat, childlike face. I had to cut 6 slits in it to get it to lay flat on my face. Eyes holes too close together, mouth is too high, nose piece is ill fitting. Very disappointing Burt's Bees product

First time to try one of these types of masks. Smelled nice and was cooling. The problem is that this mask material stands away from your face I assume it would stick to your face and hold the product on your face and keep it moist while it did its thing. I don't know how that's supposed to happen late flat on my back to try to let gravity help but still stands away from your face more than it touches it. Needs Improvement waste of my money which made me feel less relaxed and refreshed.

Skin irritation/ burning sensation. This was my first time using this specific face mask and I could not leave it on for more than a minute because it felt like it was burning my skin. I don’t have sensitive skin and I had to go rinse my face just to stop the irritation. I would not recommend

Come on Burts Bees, y'all are a good company you can do better than this, using a sheet mask should be a pleasant and soothing experience, and leave your skin feeling nurtured I did not experience the stinging or irritation that others have reported so that was at least good, but unfortunately the cutouts for eyes and nose were so bad and the stiffness of the sheet made it really uncomfortable, so I had to use scissors to release the nose bit and make the eye openings wider so I could fold them out of the way The mask is not made of the soft serum-soaked cellulose that most masks are, it was very papery and almost stiff? Didn't adhere or stay on the contours of the face, I felt like I had a wet piece of thin notebook paper on my face and it was drying out after just ten minutes? After removal there is no serum left behind to pat into the skin, very strange indeed Go back to the drawing board on this one, Burts Bees this is not something y'all should have your name on

The only complaint is that the eye holes were very small. But it left my face feeling tingly, vibrant and hydrated. The smell is pleasant as well. Nice cooling feeling.

The fit is terrible. It does sit accurately on the eyes and mouth. Very uncomfortable. The water is constantly dripping from the mask. Would not recommend this unless they change their mask sizing to fit.
