Does not fit adults
The serum is alright. The product is nearly unusable though unless your face is the size of a young child. Even with cutting the eyes, nose, and mouth wider, it still doesn’t fit. Sheet masks work by holding the serum and your skincare moist on your skin for a longer time, if it’s tenting up over my nose and whole mid-face, then it’s just a super expensive single dose of a mediocre serum. Not worth it as currently designed.

Too Small Too Fragrant
This mask just didn’t do it for me. First of all it really didn’t fit and unlike most other masks it was difficult to trim and arrange. I do have a long slender face but I am usually able to trim around the eyes and nose. Also the edges never sat flat and felt immediately drier upon application. I found the scent really overpowering and the benefits minimal. I won’t buy this again.

Mixed feelings
Smells great but a few seconds after putting it on my face, it started to burn. It was tolerable so I kept it on for the 5 minutes but it just burned and felt strange. I took it off and my skin does feel moisturized but it feels tingly and like I put a little numbing cream on it expecially around my lips and eyes. My skin doesn’t look irritated though. Overall I wouldn’t buy this product again and I am a bit disappointed in it but it’s not the worst thing. I wish I read the reviews before I bought it, I would have tried a different mask besides the calming one.

I would stick to their chapstick and not this mask
I bought this mask since I typically enjoy Burt's Bees products. The fit seems to be designed for someone with a tiny face, and the material of the sheet mask itself is very rough. It has zero pliability and was not enjoyable to put on. There was not much liquid either, so it dried up pretty quickly. The smell was tolerable but not the most relaxing, it was at least subtle and not overpowering. I would spend your money elsewhere!

Oily not good
I took this off I Did not feel refreshing. It just felt very oily and I took a shower right before this hopping That would help my skin better. It's not. I felt like I need to take another shot.

Immediate burning sensation
Immediately felt a burning sensation on my face. Had to remove it and rinse off. My skin is still warm and red 10 minutes later.

Proportions are off - doesnt fit right
The proportions are way off. The masks wouldn’t sit flat on my face because of the size of the eye holes. I probably wouldn’t buy it again because of that.

Proportions are Off
Has a tingling sensation when applied, but that may just be my skin. Proportions for eye, mouth, and nose holes are too small. Seems like it would fit a child better than an adult. Probably would not buy again.

Burns badly
Immediately started burning my skin. to be fair, the skin around my eyes was irritated and dry, but my whole face hurt and I immediately had to remove. Also, the slot for eyes is so narrow and close together there was no way to avoid product in my eyes unless I cut the mask into four pieces, which was not worth it.
