It seems made out of low quality plastic so don’t plan on keeping it loosely in a bag or bouncing around the outside of one. The numbers read clearly in the screen so it t does what it’s intended at an affordable price.

It can be used for steps for walking to even doing grocery shopping it comfortable to hold in my hand and the metal ring holds on and keeps the clicker in place while using the device. So it can be used for baseball to use for pitch count but it can be used for many other things .

Plus, it is small enough to hold in one hand. I can see using it for years in my classroom (I’m a science teacher and use this when we need to make fast counts during labs). I’m sure any pitching coach would find this little counter will meet all his or her needs. I was gifted this counter in exchange for my honest review.
