I liked the scooter itself but i fortunately i ordered it online for drive up and they only ones they have are opened and return scooters. Ours still had the sticker that says someone else returned it from last week! It was scratched up and dented, dog fur all over the handle bars and I’m allergic 😩Now i used up my coupons and my birthday discount and i can’t get them back, the scooter piece is back up and they don’t have any NEW OR UNOPENED boxes. Not to mention this was a birthday gift for my sons 8th birthday.

Hazardous design!!!! Handlebars do not stay on tight and front wheel comes out of alignment. Razor could have cared less when contacting them about design. There are NO ridges inside the handle bar stem for it to screw onto the bottom of the bike, hence always loose.

Great scooter! Bought this for my 8 year old daughter and she loves it. She’ll be 10 in July and it’s still working just fine. We seemed to have misplaced the charger though, so I’m in the hunt for a new one before the charge runs out! It’s a bit louder than I’d like or expected. The front wheel does need to be straightened occasionally by putting between your feet and shifting a bit. I remember my regular razor scooter needing this as a kid so it’s pretty normal and brought back memories when my daughter did it. Anyways, definitely recommend!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. To start, it doesn’t stay tight in place, and the handlebars move very easily. When my son tried to start going, it does not kick on. Waste of money. And since it was a Christmas gift, and is out of the return window, (even thought it’s a spring/summer toy) they can’t do anything. Literally just junk. 0/10 don’t recommend

Very poorly designed. They become a brick when not charged and the handlebars constantly loosen and spin. This is a dangerous and faulty piece of equipment. My kids rode them a couple times and couldn’t ride them anymore. A complete waste of money.
