More work for me due to Targets poor packaging
Ordered for shipping as my store doesn’t carry. Arrived poorly packaged and broken. When I started a return/replacement request in the app I have to ship it back within 7 days. So I now have to package up sharp broken pieces, print a label, and go out of my way to a FedEx. What a pain and now just extra work.

Wish I could actually review this tray, but Target decided to cheap out on packing supplies for some bizarre reason and it arrived broken and shattered into fragments along with another glass item. Is Target that broke that bubble wrap is too expensive? Customer service was very unhelpful and had the audacity to ask me to mail it back in order to receive a refund. Mail what back? The busted shards? No thanks, I already cut myself trying to salvage the other items in the package.

Have been unable to acquire a satisfactory tray. The first one shipped and arrived missing 1 of 4 foam feet on the bottom, making it wobbly. The second one I ordered arrived chipped on the corner. I went to the store and both on the shelf were chipped. The tray is beautiful so it’s such a shame they can’t figure out how to protect it while shipping it.
