    Excellent quality and continued innovation

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using DS Labs since it was exclusive to hair salon retail. I use the topical, shampoo, and conditioner. I did not care for the old conditioner formula, however the new conditioner is lighter and you can use less amount than the predecessor variety and get better results. I appreciate this companies efforts to continually improve their products. I also appreciate their customer services as well.

    Disappointing Customer Service

    I’ve been a long-time DS Laboratories customer and have generally liked their products. Unfortunately, my most recent experience changed that. When I opened a new bottle of Revita Conditioner, the product was cloudy and lumpy, and the pump would not dispense it properly. I contacted customer service with photos and requested a replacement or refund. Although they acknowledged my concerns, they declined any remedy because the purchase was outside their 90-day policy—even though the defect wasn’t discovered until I opened the product. For a premium-priced brand, I expected better customer support. Because of this experience, I’ve decided to switch to another brand.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i really think its doing a good job on my hair. its not like it was in my 20's but its still a lot better then it was and not as patchy and thin looking. id recommend this if you struggle with thinning weak hair. And the price isn't as bad esp. when you think about how much you might spend on products that don't really work. should just give it a try for a month or use the whole bottle up and go from there!

    Conditioner

    The worst customer service on

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst customer service on earth! Never had a more pathetic experience. Email and electronic forms sent nearly 20 times. 2 responses and they send you in loops asking for more information but they never respond the the reply. Then they say “case closed “ because you didn’t respond! Omg!!! What !? I responded 20 times !!! Anyway …. Do not buy this product! It’s terrible doesn’t work and customer service will not help with basic nice concerns. You will not get a refund and if shipment is damaged you will not get replacement

    Not a good fit for me

    Just didn't work for me. It made my hair SUPER soft which can be good, but just wasn't in this case. Was more "slippery" and I couldn't style it. Also my head broke out and it wasn't comfortable. I don't know if it was the product or just me AND the product. We aren't a good fit and couldn't continue using to see.

    Newly bought shampoo

    My hair ws left terribly tangled. Felt dry and when i blowed it dry, it took a few minutes, and normally it takes longer. Used 3 times. And ws sadly not impressed. Expensive purchase, so i am disappointed
