It was the color and style I had been looking for and it was on sale! Unfortunately when I picked it up, the bottom (plastic) showed dark marks like it had been stored on the floor and two of the four corners showed slightly dirty marks where it had been handled. I spot washed the affected areas and sprayed scotchgard on it for future protection. The material does shed as well. I am only planning on using it for a here and there ottoman for myself, so will be mindful of its light color. It does go perfectly in my family room and I still feel it was a good price in spite of its deficiencies.

Ottoman with a flaw
The first ottoman I picked up was from the Grand Rapids East store. There was no box no plastic wrap, and there was damage done in the stitching of the ottoman and it also looked used and a little dirty. So I ordered another one from another store in Grand Rapids and that one was in a box in plastic wrap and no damage so it took two trips to get one item in different areas of our city. Was not happy about that. That being said, the new ottoman was perfect. Would suggest looking over items you purchase before going home. I like the item and can be used with different pieces of furniture in our home. Light weight and goes with everything.

This would have been perfect had it not been previously used and sold to me dirty. I ordered on line and had a drive up order. When I got home and brought it inside i noted the bottom and sides were dirty. And not just a little, all sides and bottom had visible dark dirt marks. I seriously can't believe the employees actually think it's ok the sell products like that.
