A: Thank you for NOT saying it is foldable; That of course means that it is Not Foldable. Being foldable would make it easier to transport, when traveling.

Cheap stitching
Super disappointed. Put it all together and when I was putting on the actually material bags 1 was ripped. The material is not bad but is torn at the stitching. This is bound to happen over time but hate to return it after I already put it together

Great for the first year and super convenient, but not for the long term. The metal frame bends easily due to the weight of clothes and the cloth where the velcro is starting to tear for me. Honestly not really worth the price. Its better to buy one of those plastic $5 laundry baskets or invest in a more expensive higher quality one.

Its a sorting hamper
I have had mine for over a year with no issues. It stays in a corner of my hallway and we just remove the bags to take to the laundry room. I wish they sold extra bags separately, but they sell similar ones elsewhere that work if you need extras.
