Way too big!
I wanted a nice pop up laundry bag and when I opened it it is huge. I tried carrying a large load and the way it is made it ends up being so heavy. Horrible design it distributes weight awkwardly.

Don't waste your money
Don't make a product this big it it can't handle it. I stupidly bought this twice bc I loved the idea and design for trips to the laundry mat. the first one's handle and wire broke. I put less in the second and it worked for 1 trip then the SUPER SHARP wires came out in the worst way and cut me on my legs and ripped my pants as I was trying to carry it upstairs. it is WAY bigger than the pic looks and has 3 sections, but it cannot hold the amount of clothes it fits. I never had it super full either. This is built to fit 4 towels, but has the space for 10+ thick towels.

Be aware, these are HUGE
It's too big. I have used pop up hampers for years to sort clothes after I fold them, for family members to take to their rooms. But those with the openings on the horizontal side, like this, are harder to find. This is at least 3x as big as those I've used, can fit ALL the folding for the whole house and then some so it kind of defeats the purpose. The separators don't stay snapped in very well, the slightest touch pulls them out.

Horrible design leaves it useless!
Yes, as many mention, the handles broke quickly! That was minimal, however. The bigger problem is that it is not designed to actually hold the weight of the amount of clothing you can put in it. Even at a quarter of the way full, it is too heavy. The whole bag just sags down. At five feet tall, I put the handles up on my shoulder, walk on tip toe and it still hits the floor. I have to also hold the basket some and pull it upwards. This is because the bottom of the bag has no support to hold the middle of the bottom up. You have to look, but there are much better, horizontal mesh pop up baskets out there, although I think this may be the largest. Still, the nightmare of using this isn't balanced by its size. It is too poorly designed! Not worth the money at all! Horrible quality. Overpriced for what is basically landfill.

I have had this for close to a year (maybe a bit more), and it has completely broke. It is super cheap and honestly takes up a lot of room. It doesn't sepereate well, as my clothes have mixed up despite using the dividers. I really did like this hamper the first few months I had it, but it isn't worth it.
