A: Hi, journey15 - Thanks for asking! A video is not available to fold. However, please follow the following steps: Empty the hamper, flatten it, fold it in half, twist into a figure-8 (hold both sides, then twist your hands in opposite directions so the frame naturally wants to coil into two circles overlapping each other), and stack the circles (fold one loop of the figure-8 over the other, so you’re left with one smaller, layered circle). Handles ripped off the first time I carried this to the laundry room. The wire holding the base in shape broke after about a week. You definitely get what you pay for with this. Would be fine if you didn’t have to carry it anywhere

get this to put in my daughter’s room her other pop-up hamper started ripping and tearing so we got her this one. Her clothes can get heavy. I hope this one will hold up better. I like that. It has the three compartments to separate shirts, pants, and socks and underwear.

This basket cannot hold any weight. It tore in 3 places the first time I used it. Target customer service refunded me immediately but this is too thin and cheap for a laundry basket. There are better version out there

For small spaces it is hard to have large laundry hamper. This is great because I can fold it up, use my larger laundry hamper. And then use this one laundry day to organize/sort and conquer!!

This thing is ridiculously oversized, and cannot be used with carry handles if full. Works okay as a standing hamper but the partitions do very little to help it keep shape and separate, something this big requires better structure. The only thing it might be good for a separating balloons or inflatable toys or foam of some sort. It absolutely is no good for anything of weight.

Good value for the price, can't exactly complain but it's not the sturdiest hamper on the market. That said, it's convenient to have the separators between each section - you can use them or take them down depending on your needs. The one addition I would like to see for convenience would be removable laundry bags to just pick up and take out - especially for those of us with lots of stairs or who rely on a laundromat. As it is, the size of this thing is unwieldy to try to transport all at once. However, it's easy to do this yourself with a few low cost laundry bags of your own.

I purchased this in folded state not realizing it opens up to be the size of a trunk. I don't recall dimensions on the packaging. I wanted it for visitors in guest room. It is far too large. I doubt that I'll be able to 'collapse' it correctly. It is sized/designed too awkwardly to carry to laundry room. It is larger than the longest laundry basket.
