Good just needed the handle to be better

I like how open it it &’ not oval like or weird shaped. the only thing is that’s the handle is kind of dumb bc when i’m pulling the basket the basket tends to like go angled &’ clothes fall out, if it was one of those that you pull up && push down it would be so much better

Very convenient for far laundry rooms. However, the plastic holder broke off and isn’t helpful for arm distance since it’s low. The bottom of the basket gets easily marked with scratches.

Causes injury

The inside of the holes are not sanded and are extremely sharp. I've been staring at my knuckles all day wondering why they have cuts. I pulled some laundry out to put it away and the thing cut my fingers enough to draw blood. Whoever let this pass ought to be ashamed. Ridiculously expensive for a poorly thought out product.

i have purchased this exact basket twice within the last couple of months. the 1st basket lasted me maybe a month or two before a wheel broke off. i bought it again because i like the size and the fact the it rolled. the second one i bought today and immediately the handle broke off and i can’t reattach it.

ouch!

It genuinely feels like this product was never tested for real-world use. No one should be getting injured doing basic laundry. After using it just twice for full loads, I experienced multiple finger lacerations—actual cuts and chunks taken out of my fingers and knuckles—simply from reaching in to remove clothes. The edges are sharp enough to cause real injury. This product needs significant design improvements.

Handle pops out often, weak and poor design

The laundry basket is lightweight and holds a good amount of clothes! But the handle mechanism is fragile and displaces itself often. It is very frustrating having to pop the handle back into the pin all the time.

handles fall off
