I would say as a pre-wash before actually cleansing your face, this can work. I have to use ANOTHER oil balm before this one to actually get a clean face. I’ve been using it for a month and even with a face scrubber this doesn’t clean well. It’s nice that it’s not drying but it’s not actually cleaning your face on its own.

I feel like the non-oil Dokdo cleanser is the star of cleansing my face. Using this oil cleanser before that one is suppose to help lift any grim but I honestly can’t notice it cleaning my pores/ blackheads while washing. I’m sure that it is doing something since other products from this brand have worked tremendously well for me. The oil cleanser also gets a bit messy as the liquid falls down your arms while rubbing it into your face. This product is very hydrating and I will continue using it to track any differences in my skin in the coming months. Why not give this product a try? :)

Love love love this cleansing oil. First, it works to get off my waterproof/sweetproof chemical and mineral sunscreens. It washes off beautifully with water. It is scentless, which is critical for me as scents irritate my skin and give me migraines! It is SO gentle - even some of the other Round Lab oil clansers irritate my skin, but this one does not. I have very sensitive middle-aged skin, and yhe wrong product can give me zits, raw spots, or peeling and burning areas. The ingredients are all super "clean", rating an 'excellent' on the yuka app & on the EWG website. I've bought this cleanser duo for friends and all of them are now hooked! I cannot recommend this product or the partnering cream cleanser any more highly for an excellent double cleansing routine for highly sensitive skin.

great for removing makeup!

Gross. This felt like putting thick cooking oil on my face. It didn't lather in the slightest and it was heavy and thick. I would have come out better using Crisco. I have used other products from this brand with no problem but this was HORRIBLE! I had to wash my face three times with cleanser to get most of it off. Washing my face like that completely dried out my skin and caused irritation. I will probably never purchase from this brand again.

It's a great first step paired with the Dokdo cleanser. I'm a huge of fan of this oil and am excited to make it part of my routine. Highly recommend!

I’m obsessed with how this oil feels!!! it's super thin and doesn't feel gross or heavy on my skin. It melts away my makeup and sunscreen in seconds and washes off completely clean without any oily residue. It’s perfect if you have sensitive skin and want something simple that actually works.

Burning redness

This oil cleanser is magical — somehow both thorough and gentle. Blackheads have vanished and pores look perfect!

This lightweight oil is perfect for cleansing needs. It's one of a few products I can use without any reactions. It's part of a skincare routine that is really effective for moisturizing and gentle cleansing.

Unfortunately, the full list of ingredients are not listed on Target's website--not sure why, but only the most beneficial ingredients are listed. When I received the item, it was quickly clear that there is Limonene and Linalool (fragrance compounds) that will eat up and spit out sensitive skin. These are the 7th and 8th ingredients, which means there is quite a lot of both in the product. It's too bad because there are some great ingredients in it, but this product will have to go back.

I haven't used any type of cleansing oil before but I love how gentle this product is. It seems to be light and has a slight herbal fragrance. I saw reviews with some people reporting a slight residue on their face after using it. It does leave something on my face but it doesn't seem to be overly oily.

I’ve always had pretty good skin I thought, but this product took my skin to a new level. It has cleaned my pores and made some hormonal acne clear up quicker than ever. I am so impressed and thankful.
