Bad US formula

I had the authentic Korean version of this product so when I ran out I reordered thinking it would be the same great sunscreen. The SPF is lower and the US formula is so greasy compared to the true Korean formula. Was mislead that it’s a different US formulation. Super disappointed!!

Morning routine short cut

I am 39 and used to have acne-prone and oily skin. Right now my skin feels more on a dehydrated side, so, I like to use sunscreen that helps me with moisturizing. To skip all the steps in the morning and have only this product on my face is time-saver and force me to use enough amount of sunscreen on my face. PS. I have small face but still use 2 fingers long amount of sunscreen for its maximum benefits.

Gave me contact dermatitis

This is not the Korean formulation. It was burning my face so I stopped using it as my face sunscreen. I didn’t want to waste it so I started using it as body sunscreen. It gave me contact dermatitis. I have rashes all over my arms and legs. My skin is so itchy and irritated. I’ve used plenty of sunscreens before but this is the first time I’ve ever had a reaction like this

Not the korean formual.

Not the Korean formula. Find another brand. Korean formula felt like a silky cream that goes under make up. Minimal scent. Kept my skin looking hydrated. Barely there feeling. American formula feels like a thick sunscreen you apply to your body. And smells like just that. Sunscreen. Greasy. Shiny. I can still feel it on my face 10 mins later. This brand has been my go-to for years and now the Korean formula can’t be bought in the US. So unfortunate. Find another brand!

Scam

It said it was the Korean version but they sent the US version. It’s drying, not moisturizing at all. Expires in February- cost 15 to return- they got me. Never again will I purchase from this site. I do not recommend. Get the Trader Joe’s gel body sunscreen- now that is amazing! Even if it isn’t Korean.

Love it!

Have been using this product and the stick version while trail cycling and I like that it’s minimal fragrance and goes on smoothly without being sticky and it works!

Okay, could be better.

This is okay, but I bought this when I rant out of my regular Biore aqua rich and this just does not even compare. I had hoped it would be better especially for the price. it does have a nice sheen and glow, however it takes some work to absorb if you're applying the proper amount. It could be a good option to grab quickly at the store.

This is not the korean formulation - very disappointg

This is not the same formulation or even UV protection coverage as the Korean version. This is much more like an American sunscreen formulation (thick cream), than the Korean version is. Not worth the extra $$ thinking you are getting k beauty and are not.

Not the same product as Korea

It itself is fine. But is absolutely not the same product with similar packaging to what is sold in Korea. I really like the one available in Korea but won’t be buying this again

Wanted it to work, sadly not for me

I was excited to try this product because of all the great reviews and wanted a higher SPF from the 30 that I've been using. As far as the actual product goes, it seemed great. No white cast, absorbs quickly, not greasy. I wasnt crazy about the scent of it, but i could get over that. However, the first time I used it, I could tell by how it felt as I rubbed it in that it was probably not going to work for me; my skin is very sensitive and very particular about what products I can use. After about a week, my cheeks started to become irritated and red. Since I had a recent, similar experience with a vitamin C serum, I knew right away it was because of this moisturizer, so I discontinued using and my face cleared up within days. I really wish this had worked for me, but alas, it did not.

(no review title)

This is my favorite facial sunscreen. I use it daily before putting on my makeup. It doesn't feel heavy and is moisturizing. The only downside is it is expensive but a little goes a long way. It lasts since I only use this on my face and use other sunscreen for my body.

Not "better than US SPFs"

As this is sold in the US, it’s the same active ingredients allowed by the FDA, therefore it’s not a superior product that it claims to be. It’s like LaRochePossay EU vs US products. Not the same thing.

Best sunscreen

I looked for so long for a sunscreen that worked for me, then heard about this one a year ago and have been using it daily ever since! i’m acne prone and it doesn’t break me out, it leaves no white cast, it’s moisturizing, and goes well under makeup which i find most sunscreens don’t do

Gave me chemical burns

I used this product as directed, and I don’t have sensitive skin or use actives in my routine, but maybe it’s still a “me” thing. I don’t want to put down the brand! I started using it and it lowkey feels like a grease bomb on the face. I used it consistently for maybe 2 weeks and then all of the sudden a little rash popped up on my cheek.. and then my other cheek. And then after a few days the burns spread to my neck, ears, chest, and hands. It’s particularly bad on my cheeks/forehead/nose bridge because that’s where I put most of the sunscreen. I thought it was a different product, which is why I kept using it even a few days after it showed up, but lo-and-behold, here we are. Needless to say, I’m going back to the other brand I was using previously.

Disappointing reformulation.

Why did they change the formula? This was my favorite SPF it was lightweight but moisturizing and didn’t feel heavy. Now it’s thick greasy and smells. Very sad as this was such an amazing product pre reformulation. This is not the Korean formula is was reformulated for the USA and it’s terrible.

Honest review

I had bought this in person! Yes it is pricey, but it’s not the real version of Korea. I was very worried about buying this but knowing I been needing new one so I risked it. I first tested it before applying it all over my face, I did not get any allergies or anything. I did not break out either, it did helped and cleared my skin too and left it smooth. But it does leave your skin looking greasy or oily when you first apply it. But when I wake up, my face isn’t oily no more just clean. It does smell like sunscreen so it’s nothing compared to the real one. I liked what it did for my skin but I wouldn’t buy this again knowing it’s the U.S version. I would’ve preferred the real one but since it’s an emergency I bought it. It wasn’t that bad so it’s alright but the price isn’t worth it. Buy the real one it’s better and has better price and doesn’t leave your face looking oily.

Good if you don’t sweat

If you are taking a short walk, or running a few errands this sunscreen works well! But for anything more intense it is not sweat proof at all
