CETAPHIL Sheer Mineral Sunscreen Stick is a lightweight, 100% mineral sunscreen designed for daily use on the face and body. Broad spectrum SPF 50 reflects both UVA and UVB rays to help prevent sunburn and decrease the risk of skin cancer and early signs of aging due to sun exposure. The sheer formula was developed with sheer zinc to blend quickly into the skin, and the nongreasy formula won't clog pores. This convenient, mess free formula makes it an ideal choice to protect delicate areas like the lips, earlobes, nose and around the eyes, and is gentle enough for the whole family. Formulated with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide to maximize sun protection and soothing vitamin E to comfort the skin, this sheer sunscreen locks in lasting hydration to help prevent against the drying effects of the sun. I use sunscreen everyday, not only on my face but on my hands to keep those pesky sunspots away! I keep this handy sunscreen stick in my purse to use on the tops of my hands for sun protection while driving. I love that I can quickly swipe it on, especially since sunscreen needs to be reapplied throughout the day! My hands thank me for it!

wouldve been a 3.5 but it wouldnt let me do that. super convenient and portable, i bring it w me everywhere and it's just nice to have. pros: convenient, portable, nice/gentle formula cons: does leave a slight white cast, im super pale and barely tan. the white cast isn't horrible though, like once it marinates on your face for a bit it's fine or once you put makeup on you can't even see it. wish there was more of it tho. can't really comment on effectiveness as i dont have one of those cameras that shows you uv coverage. i also don't burn regardless of sunscreen so yea

While most people are saying it leaves a white residue. I would say, this works great if you’re trying to add sunscreen to your skincare routine. I usually use a moisturizer prior adding this on after. It does come on a little white; however with a good moisturizer and blending in after applying, it’s great. Plus it’s small and compact.

This in my opinion may be the worst stick sunblock. It does not blend well at all, and leaves a white residue. It is very sticky when applying as well. This is my first time purchasing this brand and I won’t buy again. I honestly won’t even use it anymore than the one time because its too much of a hassle.

picked this up on a whim since it was on sale at my drugstore. I’ve never use the Sun stick before but have always wanted to try it. This is a mineral sunscreen with 6% titanium dioxide and 4.7% zinc oxide. It does have a very, very slight white tint when you first put it on, but it easily rubs in. I would say the finish after you rub it in is a satin finish. It’s definitely not greasy, but I wouldn’t quite say it’s Matte. I had a bad allergic reaction to something so I switched to all gentle skin care and minimal mineral sunscreens and this hasn’t broken me out or caused any reaction while my skin is healing. The stick is a nice way to reapply while you’re out and about or at the beach, but I haven’t tried it over make up. I think it definitely would powder heavy foundation so I wouldn’t use it for that. it has no smell and once I put it on, I actually kind of forget about it. It doesn’t seem to get greasy through the day. But since my skin is healing, it has been flaky and dry and it definitely doesn’t leave grease or hydrate, particularly as the flakes are still visible when I use this sunscreen versus a lotion type. But now that my skin is a bit more healed, the sunscreen looks great. for the price good buy!
