Q: Do you have to reapply after showering and how long do you wait before dressing after applying?
A: Due to its oil-based consistency, the product offers some water resistance; however, it is best to reapply after swimming or showering to maintain optimal results. We recommend allowing the gel to absorb for approximately 10 to 15 minutes before getting dressed to minimize any potential transfer to clothing.

Q: Will this make my VARY sunburnt skin burn faster???

Q: Does this wash off after shower or anything?
A: Yes, the product will rinse off in the shower. While it’s water-resistant to help support tanning during sun exposure, it is not designed to be long-lasting on the skin after bathing. A shower will remove any remaining product.

Q: Can you still get sunburned from using this product??
A: Carroten recommends to avoid exposure to the sun during midday hours (11 AM – 4 PM). Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Please note that the product does not contain UV filters, so it does not protect from UV radiation. We recommend using a broad spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen before applying your Carroten tanning gel of choice. Wash off after tanning.
