Ryka Women's Influence Cross Training Shoes Black Multi 7 M

I have bought Ryka shoes for 10 years now . Love the great arch support . However , once I received these shoes , I could not wear them , they were way too tight , even in the toe box . It seems that Ryke shoes are not made as good as good as they were a few years ago . Even tho I bought about 15 pairs in the previous 10 years , they are not accepting my returns at the store so I cannot take a chance and buy them online anymore

Honestly I’m surprised any these shoes. They looked small coming out of the box, but they fit me like a glove. I used their size chart. I have a High arch and a somewhat wide foot? Maybe? Idk. Anyway, they were able to be adjusted with the laces in all the right places. They feel like a glove, almost like I’m not wearing shoes, they have just the right amount of cushion, but keep me close to the ground. I’m coming out of a hoka bondi 8 that I wear at work, and these are just as comfortable- just Ina. Different way. I will use them indoors for exercise. I used them for HIIT, lifting and vertical climbing and they were great. I’m not sure how they would fare if you’re on your feet all day though, that’s why I got my hokas.

These give me the support and structure I want. They are generally comfortable, but for me maybe a touch too narrow in the toebox for mento give them 5 stars. Now that I've worn them in the gym and out in the world, I'm finding a bit of a rub in the outside edge of my foot. That said, they seem well made, with good traction and support.

Love these new sneakers. Perfect fit, soft, great support and still cushioning in all the right places. Very light and feels great on my feet!

I need arch support and these have very little. I wear 9 1/2 medium and these are a little wide and long. I jazzercise on wood floor and these are very grippy which makes twists hard on my knees…was hoping for better dance ability. I have other shoes that perform like these for jazzercise so these were a waste of money.

I started wearing Ryka several years ago and have no interest in changing! This brand fits my feet and supports my body well. What a difference shoes made for women can make!

Every year I get the newest Influence shoe. I teach aerobics and strength classes, and these shoes work great for both!

Love this shoe for my dance classes. Have worn this model for several years. Fit is always spot on and always get compliments on the style. I’ve found they’re also good on indoor pickleball courts because of the pivot point. Can’t beat the price.

I’ve worn Ryka shoes for decades, especially for Jazzercise and cross-training classes. I bought these for classes and just casual use. I usually wear custom orthotics, but so far this shoe has excellent arch support. Very light, breathable, and fun color.

Good so far... Lightweight, good stability. Used for Jazzercise— lots of quick dance moves where stability is important. I'm happy they don't have the clunky "platform" sole that most shoes have these days.

I like the shoe due to its durability and light weight. However, I would not purchase this particular shoe again due to the narrow toe area.

I just love these sneakers everything about them the style breathability, cushioning especially that circle in the bottom that when I need to do a turn doing the exercise class i am more stable than other chunky sneakers, The soles on these sneakers and the footbed seems to be made for a wider toe and they are just right for the flexing my toes and do not pinch my feet at all. Perfect fit !

These shoes have been consistently comfortable and long lasting. I teach a moderate to high impact cardio dance class 6 times a week and the Influence shoe has been so good for my feet.

Great support for Aerobics. Comfortable. Cute design that drew compliments from class mates.

These shoes are great. I tried several other types of shoes and none of them worked and these were highly suggested by one of my dance fitness class friends so I finally ordered them and I love them. I’ll be sticking with this type of shoe for the long haul, they’re cute too.

This is my third pair; two pasted purchases of the white pair and my recent purchase of the black and pink. I teach line dancing two times a week at the gym and they work really well for turns, pivots, and other dance moves. They are true to size and wear well for gym workouts. I would highly recommend these shoes for dance classes since it has a pivot point on the the shoe bottom and it being a light weight shoe.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They are super cute but very uncomfortable when it comes to doing Zumba. It does not have enough padding and cushioning. I ended up switching the insoles to make them more comfortable and will only use them for strength training.
