I bought my daughter this tablet for Christmas. I charged it fully then turned it off, wrapped it, and put it under the tree. She's had it 3 weeks, I wouldn't say she's used it excessively as I have time limits on the device and she doesn't use it every single day. Last night while watching YouTube the screen went black, I assumed it died so I tried to plug it in, it didn't indicate it was charging. I tried multiple chargers and nothing indicated it was dead but charging. I left it on the charger overnight and this morning it will not power on. I've tried multiple cords, blocks, and outlets and the screen is totally black, no response to the power button. I checked in with my mom who bought this tablet for each of my 2 nephews. She is having similar issues with one of their tablets. Not sure if this is a faulty batch, I am going to try and exchange at Target in the morning & hopefully the replacement works for longer than 3 weeks.

This tablet is a huge improvement over my last tablet. The larger screen is perfect for viewing movies and TV shows. The picture is clear and the sound is loud enough that I don't have to use my earbuds when I am at home. I like having more storage space and memory. I am enjoying using this tablet.

I have generally always been satisfied with Samsung products. That's what prompted my recent purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ tablet. Again I'm satisfied with the tablet but encountered one disappointing feature. Samsung's website for the tablet advertises "... up to 1TB more when you add on a microSD card" and "... storage up to 128GB ... microSD up to 1TB". It was not until I purchased the tablet and read the User Manual that I learned that there is no microSD card slot on the 'Wi-Fi model' - no mention of this on the website. And yet the box the tablet came in contained a small pin for ejecting the (non-existent) microSD card tray.

Nice tablet, but there's definitely issues with the touch screen. You have to be touching the back or a corner for it to work. So you cant place it flat or in a stand. I bought 2 and they both have the same issue. We've tried changing the settings, but still doesn't change. Having said that, it keeps getting easier to transfer/set up new devices. This is our 4th tablet upgrade. We stick with Samsung products because of the easy interface between devices.
