Q: I bought this pump and I cannot figure out how to get either hole of the pump on the tire. The big hold does not lock on to the tire. Returning this because it doesn’t work. Cheap plastic on the stand and end of the pump.

A: I have the exact same feedback. We struggled with the pump a lot and couldn’t fit any of the holes to our Mongoose and Specialized bikes. Needless to say, will be returning the item and getting a pump elsewhere that will actually fit the valves.

crazy that the needle attachment that comes with the pump continuously gets stuck and is a pain to get out. attempted to swap it out for Ballon attachment and the needle snapped off. now the pump is usless. 20 bucks out the door. don't buy this.

Its an ok unit
Bought this pump because I was tired of the foot pump that I’ve been dealing with for years. Here’s the best review that I can give. Sturdy built. Hooks up easily and looks nice. However, when you are trying to pump up your tires, it only engaged and pushes air once you’re halfway through the push. So you think you can do it quickly, but that’s not the case. This item was impossible for my young child to use and it should not have been.

They brought the pump after someone, with a needle inserted. The needle won't come out. The needle should have been in the needle case. Someone had already purchased this pump before me and returned it. The previous buyer broke the needle. It's wobbly and won't come out.

Waste of money
Got this today. Despite it being named for bike tire inflation, the heads coming with it don’t fit the tire at all! Can’t pump any air into the tires after struggling with this stupid useless junk for 30 mins. Total waste of money and time!!! Will not recommend even to my enemy. 😡

Works poorly with Schrader valves!
It would always take a few attempts to get the nozzle to attach to the valve, and after a few months of barely getting the job done, it doesn't inflate at all. Very poor quality.

Don't purchase. Bike valve doesn't fit in pump
Just purchased this and will return it tomorrow. Normal Schrader bike valve doesn't fit in the pump. Totally useless!

Rubber seal breaks and the whole pimp stops working
This pump worked once or twice then never again. I took the top off and it looks like the rubber gasket that seals it got stretch. Seems to be a common problem with this pump. I’ll try to find a replacement gasket, but I’m very disappointed. Would not recommend

Cheap, doesn't latch on to tire
The lever at the end of the pimp that should lock on the bike valve makes no sense. Can’t tell whether it’s unlocked or ready. Tried using the red adapter, but now it won’t come out. The plastic locking lever looks like it could break and cheaply made. Disappointed in returning this.

Purchased this 5 months ago to fill my kids' bike tires that they ride to school every day. Used once to fill a ball and the head got stuck inside. We got it out but now it won't pump the bike tires anymore. Waste of money. And another thing in the landfill. Sad.

Sold it to me broken
Target sold this to me with the needle snapped off with the needle head screwed into and stuck in the pump. This is my final straw as a target customer. It has gone way downhill, and I will no longer support.

Puzzling
Got this pump in an emergency to inflate our stroller tires. They’re a a standard shraeder valve. The pump head is very bulky, so it barely fits in the stroller wheel, but that was expected from looking at it in the store. The puzzling part is that raising and lowering the lever appears to do nothing. Air flows either way, and neither lever position locks the head onto the valve. We ended up having one person pump while the other person forced the pump attachment onto the valve and that did work. But I’m not always going to have two people so that’s a big disadvantage. Seems to be well built and good quality aside from that issue.
