Q: I bought this pump and I cannot figure out how to get either hole of the pump on the tire. The big hold does not lock on to the tire.
Returning this because it doesn’t work. Cheap plastic on the stand and end of the pump.

A: I have the exact same feedback. We struggled with the pump a lot and couldn’t fit any of the holes to our Mongoose and Specialized bikes. Needless to say, will be returning the item and getting a pump elsewhere that will actually fit the valves.

Incredibly durable, if you’re trying to pry loose a ball pump needle that inadvertently gets stuck inside of it. Do not buy! The locking mechanism got stuck and I tried every tool known to man to get it out. I broke a pair of pliers trying to pry the stupid thing out and after several days of trying, I had to admit defeat. If you’re looking for shame and frustration in an exercise in futility, look no further!
