Slime's 12V Tire Inflator is a lean, mean inflating machine. It has got the essentials, without any added bulk. It may be compact, but the tire inflator packs one heck of a punch. Q: Does it measure the PSI in your tire as your pumping it? Or does it only report the amount of air you have put in your tire?

A: The moment the pump hose is connected to the tire stem the pump's dial will indicate the air pressure inside the tire.

It also doesn't make sense to track the amount of air pumped to be honest. Combined with the slime product expert's anwser, I think as you pump, the reading on the gauge will keep going up, indicating the pressure in the tyre.

Stop working after 4 weeks.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a product I purchased from target. After only few times of use, the slime tire inflator stopped working completely. I have attempted to reach their support team multiple times via both phone and email, but I have not received any response. The product was sold with a one-year warranty, which I believed would ensure coverage in cases like this. However, based on my experience, it seems this warranty is not being honored, and I feel that I am being left with no options.

Works until it Doesn't
This works like a charm for a little while. This is my second one in 2 years. The 12v battery connection device has come apart on BOTH devices leaving me stranded. Neither device lasted more than 9 months. Discount Tire has seen me a lot and A super family owned service shop in the middle of nowhere came to the rescue. A foot pump might be more reliable.

Not worth the price
Returned the item. It’s very small but when runs makes sound like a big motor. The gauge does not give accurate reading. But the worst part is the rattle. Eden it runs, you can’t keep it on the floor just by itself. Because it’s small and light weight, when runs it rattles and moves quite violently. You have to keep holding it. Not worth the hassle.

Gauge wildly inaccurate
It’s almost as if they mixed up the PSI and metric measurements on the gauge—close but not exact. I used my (always accurate) digital pressure gauge and the PSI value is off by approximately 20 pounds (pump reads 51, digital gauge at 32.5). The pump works fine as a pump. The screw-on chuck is not ideal. I would prefer the flip type chuck for quicker removal with minimal air loss.

Im just a girl
I was a little hesitant to buy due to some of the bad reviews, but decided to take the chance and just buy it because my tires were low. It was super easy to use and did the job perfectly, it plugs right into your cigarette lighter. Definitely recommend if you need one on the go!
