A: Justin Case provides 1 year of roadside assistance, available 24/7. You get 3 service calls per year, each covered up to $60 (total value $180). Included services: - Towing - Jump start - Tire change - Vehicle fluid delivery* - Lockout service* *Fluids and key cutting/replacement are not included. To activate coverage, just fill in the form included in the kit and mail it back. Once processed, you’re fully covered for the year.

Q: How long are the jumper cables
A: Under description it says they are 8 foot, 8 gauge jumper cables.

Q: How do you open the headlight to enter batteries? I am having a hard time.
A: You can change the batteries by twisting the left side of the headlamp back. This will open the battery compartment.
