A: Justin Case provides 1 year of roadside assistance, available 24/7. You get 3 service calls per year, each covered up to $60 (total value $180). Included services: - Towing - Jump start - Tire change - Vehicle fluid delivery* - Lockout service* *Fluids and key cutting/replacement are not included. To activate coverage, just fill in the form included in the kit and mail it back. Once processed, you’re fully covered for the year.

A: You can change the batteries by twisting the left side of the headlamp back. This will open the battery compartment.

Good, but confusing
Good but there’s no instructions for the flash flight and it’s very difficult to get off to put in batteries. So you don’t waste a lot of time like I had to- essentially, you have to twist the side peice that shows “open” away from the light/towards the plastic piece with the straps. You may have to twist kind of hard. It’s not intuitive at all.

Headlamp not working
Overall I think this is a good kit to keep in the trunk for emergencies. However, I inserted three AAA batteries correctly, as shown on the headlamp, and it will not turn on. And there is no info. on the cardboard cover that states how to contact customer service. I am disappointed & wonder if other items in this kit might fail me in an emergency.
