Awesome product
This is awesome! I've been struggling with caked on stuff on my grill grates for years & scrubbed them in between uses every time. That did nothing to speak of. This thing used with ice water on hot grates before cooking removed almost everything that was caked on. The grates are almost factory new on top. I have a bit more work to do on them still but PHEW it's incredible. Simply incredible.

Unfortunately not very good
Bought two of them. First one ripped within 5 uses at the top. Thought I did something wrong. Followed instructions exactly, and second one has started to rip. The heads are so loose from the clasp and you can’t get a good scrub with it. Unfortunately poorly designed product from a good brand.

Good for a few uses only
The steam action works well to clean grill grates, but the surface of the brush quickly disintegrates making it useless after a few cleanings. This version of the brush does not have refills so you need to throw the entire thing out and purchase a new one. They do make a version that uses click in and click out brush heads. At the rate that you need to replace it makes much more sense to buy that version.

Does the work for you
I bought this about 6 months ago, used about a dozen times. It’s hands down the best bbq grill brush. I’m a cleaning type person and picky about products. This uses water only which I love. I also like the handle that allows you to apply pressure on the harder to clean spots. I rave about it to whoever is over for bbq and purchased one for my dad and sister.

Brush is deteriorating after 2 uses
I bought this brush recently and after only 2 uses, the brush is starting to deteriorate and the sponge underneath is visible. There wasn’t any heavy pressure added to the brush while scrubbing either.

Not the best design and very messy
Very flimsy and floppy. The way its connected doesnt give it any sturdiness so it flops back and forth at times. The water ends up getting everywhere which is fine on the grill but also ends up on person cleaning the grill. It does clean better than our bamboo brush but not worth the mess in my opinion

Not so happy with this product. I purchased 1 and within 2 cleanings i already have a hole... Did I do something wrong? Im sure I don't need a college degree to wet a brush and slide up and down to clean a grill

Ripped open on first use
I bought this after reading many positive recommendations online and was looking forward to ditching our old wooden scraper that never seemed to get the grill as clean as I liked. However, on the very first use of the BBQ Daddy (with the grill at 350F and a bowl of ice water for dunking), the scrubber head ripped open. I had even used the metal scraper beforehand to get rid of the biggest chunks. It seemed to do a decent job of cleaning, but I have to say I’m pretty disappointed to have it falling apart so quickly.
