Great idea for a product. Poor execution on smell
A bit of a meh, smell. Gave me a headache. I really like the idea of this item. And it works well with my Shark NeverChange Air Purifier Max. But they really need different scents. This scent kind of reminds me of bathroom deodorizer at a bar. Great concept but poor execution on smell.
From SharkNinja team
Hello Garit, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're very sorry the scent wasn't quite what you were hoping for, especially if it gave you a headache. We can understand wanting more fragrance options when you otherwise like the concept and how well it works with your NeverChange Air Purifier Max. At this time, only the standard odor-neutralizing formula is available. We've noted your feedback on alternative scents and will be sure to share it with our product development team for future consideration. If you need any support, feel free to reach out using the link below. We're here to help. https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us Kind regards, SharkNinja

Doesn't last long
In the beginning they really neutralize odors however over time they don't last as long as stated I used them in my air purifiers as well as the vacuum and they definitely don't last as long as advertised
From SharkNinja team
Hey Tony, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to learn that the Odor Neutralizer Cartridges haven't lasted as long as you expected. We understand how important it is when a product performs well initially, but the effectiveness seems to diminish sooner than anticipated, especially when used regularly in both your vacuum and air purifiers. The lifespan of an odor cartridge can vary depending on factors such as frequency of use, operating conditions, and the environment in which it is used. Customer insights like yours are valuable and help us continue to evaluate and improve our products. We’ll definitely share this with our product development team for review. Kind regards, SharkNinja US

Game Changer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Shark lift away vacuum cleaner, but after a while, the doggie smells start to come through when I vacuum. This little disc helps the room to smell fresh while I vacuum. I also like the setting that you can turn it off so that the scent cartridge doesn’t evaporate when the vacuum is not in use.

Makes a big difference
We have dogs and dander can make the air that comes from any vacuum stinky unless you wash every filter and bin after each use. Somehow these mitigate this issue and things smell better after I vacuum, instead of worse. I’ll never buy a vacuum without a scent filter as long as I have pets.

Smells good
Smells good and can dial it up or down to increase or decrease the smell. I didn’t think it would have a fragrance but it does, nothing heavy but a nice light scent

Great item
Really help with the pet odor. The vacuum can get pretty smelly with all the dog hair being sucked up and these really help neutralize the smell.

The best vac we’ve had in years
Bought this for the wife .The vac she was using was a piece of crap . This one however is the top of he line . She was amazed with all the features on it . What she really liked is how the light showed all the dust on the floor that was left behind by her previous vac . So far so good .

I opened one of the package and it smelt wonderful by the time I put it inside the air purifier, It didn’t even last even a day. To be honest not worth buying. I don’t know why even made something such if the actual product does naturally last long for it, smell and air cleaner neutralizer

Nice smelling!
These really refresh the smell in my house. I have a dog and usually shampoo the carpets twice a year to keep my home fresh smelling. This has really helped keep the dog smell to a minimum.
