Total waste of money. The "sharp" cheddar barely had a flavor, I don't even want to imagine what the mild tastes like. I thought the Good and Gather switch was just a rebranding/repackaging but apparently the product is also changing and it's not for the better. It also seems that they aren't going to be carrying other brands of cheese so I might have to do my grocery shopping elsewhere it seems silly to have to go to another store just to get cheese. Plus now I am a little leery of purchasing other Good and Gather products that I would have previously purchased the Target brand just in case the quality has lowered just as badly as this one.
