It is lightweight ,still warm enough for relaxing on the couch. I also like that it adds a nice touch to the room without looking bully. As long as washing and care is concerned, i washed this on gentle cycle and tumble dry for short time was enough to dry it. So far it has maintained the softness and shape and feels gentle on skin, not itchy. Overall nice and comfortable throw blanket for everyday use.

Chenille is not always my favorite fabric because it’s not always soft but this is very soft and perfect for cuddling on the couch. I wish you didn’t have to wash it on a delicate cycle because then it’s unlikely to actually get washed. I appreciate the hem isn’t fringe because I really dislike fringe. My cat also really likes it.

I have bought many blankets before, but none are as nice and high quality as this blue Threshold shine chenille throw. It is absolutely beautiful, and I was honestly surprised by how stunning it looked when it arrived. I really love the deep blue color and how soft and gentle the fabric feels against my skin. Since I have four children, I have to be careful because they are always trying to takr my favorite blanket for themselves, but I am happy to share it with them. It is a great size even for someone tall like me, as I am 5'10", and it is very easy to fold up or wrap around myself. It keeps me at the perfect temperature because it is not too hot or too cold, making it just right for any time of the day. I love how lightweight and thick this throw is. Keeps me cozy and warm.

I washed it and put it in the dryer on delicate and it came out perfect, no fuzz or weird changes on the fabric...It’s also really warm and looks very delicate perfect to use on the couch to watch movies. In the pictures it looks more gray, but in person it has this soft blue tone that looks really pretty. I really loved it.
