A: I don't see why it wouldn't. I've sprayed on blood, food and even crap on my drawers DAYS before washing. Cleans brilliantly.

A: I've gotten chocolate, red pop, grass stains, and marker out with using shout I can't speak on the ball point pen but I've gotten pretty awful stains out there should be any reason it wouldn't get it out! Hope this helps

If affected clothing was never dried, you may try re-washing affected clothing using 2 new Shout® Color Catcher sheets.
