Q: Can I use it for water?

  • A: Yes - But, it does not come with a drain hole so you will need to pick up the Caterpillar to dump the water. Some people wipe the Caterpillar clean at the end of the outdoor season and bring it in the house to be used as a ball pit or toy storage.

Q: Description say 1 year and up but when I put this in my cart there was a warning for small parts and for ages 3 and up. What are the small parts!!?

I love this sandbox and

I love this sandbox and so does my granddaughter. The lid keeps any unwanted critters out and it looks nice on the back patio. It entertains her for short periods of time and she is working on her hand shills and imagination. Thank you for another great product.

My son loves digging in

My son loves digging in the sand with his construction vehicles. I didn't give 5 stars because I wish he could get inside, but really this is the best to have at home. And the top and the fact that it doubles as storage is a plus!

Great Outdoor Toy Storage/Sandbox

I’ve had mine for five years. Kids love it! I bought it at Target. Nothing gets wet inside. Kids that are around 3-6yrs old can sit on it when closed. The only sad thing is sticker eyes are no longer there. So glad it has been helpful all these years! I even bought one for my friend’s kids for their joint birthday.

Caterpillar

Bought the caterpillar to use a a ball pit and later a sandbox for my puppies - need to develop some just for puppy stimulation. Did not come with instructions, decals or the screws to put together. Service was excellent and I had them within two days.

Great product to keep kids entertained

This product helps my kids with their motor skills and keeps them entertained for a long time. I love that it has a cover, which keeps water, and insects out If it. I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old and they both enjoy this product.
