Bungee cords broke and I can’t find replacement
Bought for my son for Xmas and within 2 months the bungee cords both broke. I would like to buy new bungees but unavailable. Seems to be a major issue.

Broke in 3 days
My son bought this product with his Xmas money n it broke the bands 3 days later and the bands are no serviceable! No that is so stupid! Why put a product out that you know the bands will break! Total junk! Stay away from these products

Replacement band
Garbage. Band already broke and no replacment bands are sold! Very lightly used, extremely disappointed. Run from this company and their products!!!you know it is bad when a 6 year old breaks the band….

Loved it for 12 days!!
Bought new in Dicks and had it for 12 days and yellow band broke with my 9 yr old hitting it. That’s not right, we need better quality parts.

Alright product but broke twice within a year
I got this and it broke after the second use making it unusable for months, then after I fixed it, the whole thing broke within a year and is now unusable. Other than that it was alright for practicing with

Saves time from chasing balls
I bought the about a yr ago the welded hook that holds the tension strap has come un welded and the ball on the arm has split in half.

Very poorly made and designed
Broke week one in two areas. The metal hook that holds the bungee (entire thing now useless) and the plastic casing holding the ball. Not sure why that’s plastic but this thing was SO cheaply made.

3 batting sessions & one the swing arm's broken
One of the swing arm bolts broke after using it 3x. I want to either return it or get a replacement part sent ASAP.
