Q: I purchased this product a little over 3 months ago. We used it a few times and it worked fine. I went to use is again today and the plastic hinge was broken. Is this a common problem?

A: Hello. This product is designed for regulation baseballs or the 9" plastic balls for pop fly practice. We would not recommend the Tball for use.

A: No, unfortunately, you cannot use Softballs. The Catapult uses regulation baseballs or 9" plastic balls.

A: Thank you for your question! The balls are fed to the batter in a soft toss manner every 8 seconds. The height, distance and angle can be adjusted to work on hitting zones.
