Needed something different at home.
I don't have a full blown home gym yet, so I have been buying things to try. These Slidez are great for stretching. I am a goalie in hockey and lack some flexibility. This helps. Especially with hips and groin.

Love the simplicity and portability!
I bought these when I was working with the trainer. I just rediscovered them two years later and forgot how helpful they are in building strength and flexibility. Thank you! I tried to look up the videos for training. I’m not sure that they exist anymore. Do you know where the videos are for training and other exercises, I’d love to see them!

A must need for your in-home workouts.
I own a fitness company focusing on virtual coaching and these SKLZ are a must need for your in home fitness journey. Gyms will not be the same for at least another year. I recommend these!!!!

Way better than I expected!
In all honesty, I really wasn't expecting a whole lot from this. There are so many different ab workout gimmicks and gadgets that fail to do anything. This is different. I gave it shot because of other reviews I've read online and figured I'd give a go. Well, quite simply, they work. I was really impressed with the quality and they slide perfectly over different types of surfaces. This is a great little ab/core/whatever tool to add to your bag.

Comfortable grips and a smooth slide. I love these for a quick core workout after my morning run.
