Best Frame. . . we have 2
We bought our first frame a number of years ago to show pictures of grandkids, grand-dogs and family gatherings. We used to bring it back and forth to Florida. We finally decided to buy another for Florida. It's easy for anyone to add pictures via email. . . the grandkids go right to the frame when they visit to scroll thru the photos. We also uploaded the app for our phones and subscribe to the Plus membership. This allows us to manage the frames and create specific albums to display on our smart TVs. Great value for the price and provides hours of fun and memories.

Problem was only temporarily solved
It worked great for awhile bit now the same problem has rebegun. The wifi whould work jsut fine because all of the other devices can log onto wifi. I am not sure why this is happening.

Love our Skylight frame!
I received the Skylight frame for Christmas a few years ago. I love it. The rest of our family is on the other coast so this is perfect for keeping in touch and seeing pics of family and their adventures. I most recently gifted the Skylight frame to my son and daughter-in-law for their 3rd wedding anniversary. They are really enjoying all the photos that friends and family upload.

No battery? Really?
The frame itself functions as a frame. It is easy to upload pictures. However, I was disappointed to discover the frame does not have a rechargeable battery (or even a standard battery compartment) and must always be connected to power. Perhaps it is my fault for not investigating before purchase, but it did not occur to me that such a device would not include a rechargeable battery. The fact it has a wall-mount slot seems useless. Who, in 2025, wants a powercord running up their wall?

Did love but as time went by IT CRAPED OUT
I had it for a while it was amazing! BUT there’s no way to see when you are close to it being full. Well apparently when it gets full it stops working and I have been dealing with IT for it for 5 months and it is still not resolved. I have tried to delete pics and go back to what was just on it but still doesn’t work. If you are good at keeping track of how many GB of pics/videos you put into it then this is an AWESOME frame.
