Q: Is this bi-volt? I want to send to a country that works with 240v.
A: Hi there, Thank you for your question! Yes, the power adapters included with the Skylight Frame are bi-volt and will automatically support any AC voltage between 100 and 240 volts. However, please note that the frame comes with the typical two-prong plug used in the US. You may need a plug adapter for the specific country you plan to send it to. Q: I have the skylight 15” wall planner with the plus membership. I want to purchase this frame for my parents. Can I send pictures directly to there picture frame or do I have to send them pictures and they have to upload them to the frame? Thanks

Once they activate their Frame, you can email photos to the Frame's unique name your parents chose. You can also preload photos so the Frame is already full of memories when they open their gift! Q: How many people can send photos to the frame?
A: Each frame has it's own unique email that photos can be sent through. For security purposes, each sender's email needs to be approved by the account admin. Once that step is completed there is not a limit to how many people can be approved and send photos!

Q: Are photos kept in the cloud IF the frame dies or do we lose all uploaded photos? Can we see all the photos someone else in the family has uploaded to the email address linked to frame ?
A: Yes, if the device loses power all photos are restored once it's back online. In the app account, account holders can view all photos that have been sent. It's worth noting that for security purposes, each sender's email needs to be approved by the account admin before they can send photos. I hope that helps!

Q: Can the frame be mounted on a wall without wires or cables?
A: Hi! Skylight Frame needs to be plugged in to operate, however a recessed wall outlet can be used to easily hide the power cord when Skylight Frame is wall mounted.

Q: Can a frame work without Wi-Fi and if so, how?
A: Hi There, Thank you for your question. Yes, the Skylight Frame can work without Wi-Fi once it’s set up. It only needs a Wi-Fi connection or mobile hotspot for the initial setup or activation and to send photos to the frame. Q: How large is the actual screen not the frame?
A: Like TVs and Computer screens, Skylight's size is measured diagonally. From corner to corner, the screen itself is 10".
