A: Each frame has it's own unique email that photos can be sent through. For security purposes, each sender's email needs to be approved by the account admin. Once that step is completed there is not a limit to how many people can be approved and send photos!

Thank you for your question! Yes, the power adapters included with the Skylight Frame are bi-volt and will automatically support any AC voltage between 100 and 240 volts. However, please note that the frame comes with the typical two-prong plug used in the US. You may need a plug adapter for the specific country you plan to send it to.

A: Yes, if the device loses power all photos are restored once it's back online. In the app account, account holders can view all photos that have been sent. Thank you for your question. Yes, the Skylight Frame can work without Wi-Fi once it’s set up. It only needs a Wi-Fi connection or mobile hotspot for the initial setup or activation and to send photos to the frame. After that, all other features will continue to work without the need for Wi-Fi.

Bad Choice
Setup is not at all smooth. No one over 60 will be able to use this product. Many of the important features that are included with the Aura frame are premium features you need to pay another $39 per year for. That’s obnoxious. Get the Aura frame. This one isn’t good.

Can not believe you want me to pay a subscription fee to show my photos. The whole reason we got the thing was to show photos. I bought your expensive product and it doesn’t work unless you steal another part of my wallet every year.

My father-in-law received the Skylight frame for his 89th birthday! He is a father of seven, grandfather of 19, and great-grandfather of soon to be 5. Thanks to Skylight he has received hundreds of photos from three generations!
