  • A: Each frame has it's own unique email that photos can be sent through. For security purposes, each sender's email needs to be approved by the account admin. Once that step is completed there is not a limit to how many people can be approved and send photos!

Q: Are photos kept in the cloud IF the frame dies or do we lose all uploaded photos? Can we see all the photos someone else in the family has uploaded to the email address linked to frame ?

    Almost perfect but…

    We got our calendar setup and now everyone in the household knows what’s going on and when. This was a much needed purchase. The only thing missing is a birthday feature that allows for a year, to keep up with how old someone is turning.

    Never connected to wifi

    Great but could be better

    Works great so far. I use this by myself so i wish there was a way to color code the events by type instead of by profile. I am the only person using it so i would like to be able to easily differentiate the events by color. But it’s all the same color if you are a single user.

    Easy hardware setup, software is NOT intuituve

    Easy to put together and install with hardware. Setting up on screen is much more complex and not intuitive. Adding a second calendar to the first took over an hour to figure out and the instruction manual is quite poor at details. Glad it was a present, otherwise it would be sent back.

    Great frame for the purchase price.

    This frame is very user friendly. I invite family members to send photos and once I told them the steps to follow they were easily on their own. What I don’t appreciate is that you have to upgrade to add comments on the frame. This would help my 93 yr. old Mother. This is a gift for her.

    Wrong months with no September

    We woke up to no September and all of our months being off by 1 month. The “help” I got was ridiculous with mostly wrong directions. And they deleted my Facebook post instead of helping bc it makes them look bad. Veryyy disappointed and annoyed this morning with the world’s most expensive calendar.

    I have had my skylight for years. My recent one was a replacement for the original. I love it! Walk through the house and see pictures of my grandbabies and how fast they are growing and see all of the family adventures!

    Bad Choice

    Setup is not at all smooth. No one over 60 will be able to use this product. Many of the important features that are included with the Aura frame are premium features you need to pay another $39 per year for. That’s obnoxious. Get the Aura frame. This one isn’t good.

    No more subscriptions

    Can not believe you want me to pay a subscription fee to show my photos. The whole reason we got the thing was to show photos. I bought your expensive product and it doesn’t work unless you steal another part of my wallet every year.

    Love this!

    This was a gift from our realtor after buying a house and we LOVE this digital frame and that we can see our photos outside of our phones finally! Family and friends can send photos or videos directly to the frame and we can see photos we've never seen before! Love it!
