Absolutely delicious bread! Bought it because it was on sale, but toasted for a sandwich--yum! Didn't know what I'd been missing! Just keep it in the fridge to keep fresh for longer than a day or so. Will look for it on future visits.

People are complaining that it gets moldy, but you have to keep it in the fridge. I wouldn’t think it would make a great cold sandwich, honestly. But it’s fantastic as toast or to make a Reuben! It’s a great way to get fiber in your diet, because the entire outside of the loaf is coated in seeds or nuts or whatever.

Perfect toast
Fresh, sliced perfectly, sort of airy (not dense at all), and flavorful. This bread toasted wonderfully and when I topped it with some unsalted butter I was transported to snack heaven. My kids liked this bread for sandwiches and I will be whipped up a veggie panini for lunch using this bread, I suspect I'll be buying this one regularly. Good work Target.

Tasty bread
It’s amazing, if you want to keep it more than one or two days, I recommend to keep it in freezer, and warm it up when ever you want to use it.. The taste is beautiful, I have never found any other bread in Houston with this quality, of course I’m not a browser machine but as I know it is one of the bests..
