The aftertaste of these vitamins is quite horrible - think brewers yeast! Not sure if it's possible to buy B complex anywhere without this issue

B complex stress buster

Who would have thought that a B complex could make such a difference to how my system deals with stress. Advised to take it by a chiropractic functional neurologist and boy was he right! Thank you Solgar, it's been a life saver.
