EXCELLENT B COMPLEX SUPPLEMENT!

I have always wanted to try Solgar vitamins but they were always too expensive in stores. I found Swanson’s had the best prices on these excellent vitamins. Solgar is the only company that I know of that uses glass bottles for their vitamins. After 2 weeks of taking these I had an increase in energy.

I began taking these after I read an article that explained that taking vitamin B multiple before bedtime may help me remember my dreams and for me I found it to be true. There were times when I didn’t take it for months at a time and I noticed that I didn’t remember as much when I woke up so I flip-flop back-and-forth Between taking it and not taking it-quite a few times each time I took it I had a better memory of what I dreamt.

Great product

Have been using Solgars B-Complex 50 for awhile now and its working great. I like the fact that it comes in a glass container instead of plastic. Will buy again.

I have been using this product for a while. It is the best I have ever used. The bottle is glass, I like that. The company has been around since 1947. I trust them. Great price for great quality!!
