Цианокоболамин дешёвый но токсичный. От него больше вреда чем пользы. Почему бы вам не произвести метилокоболамин. Который в 100 раз лучше .

Good product

Tablets are too big and chalky to swallow. I have to cut them in 1/2. But the actual quality in terms of ingredients and health benefits is good.

Fantastic B Complex

I've been looking for the right B complex for a long time as most do not agree with me for some reason (feel nauseated, etc.), and generally don't give much of a boost. I wasn't really expecting much but figured I may as well give this one a try and I'm so glad I did! This does just what I hoped a good B complex would do without any negative effects. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Now B-50.
