Nice product

Recommended by my nutritionist over other Folic acid tables you can find over the counter. The only negative comment about it is that the small jar doesnt even have the tablet amount for 2 months, so they want you to spend a bit more and buy the bigger one.

I take these when pregnant

I take these when pregnant and trying to conceive-these are in the form that's easier for the body to absorb than folic acid supplements.

I think it's a better version of Folic acid. Solgar 's vitamins are the best anyway.
