Folic Acid must first be converted to its active form by a series of biochemical steps before it is able to be used by the body. Metafolin® (L-methyl- folate) requires no conversion because it is bioidentical to the bio-active form. In other words, it is 'body-ready'. This can be useful for individuals whose bodies have difficulty converting folic acid to its active form. The active folate in this formulation promotes heart health. Essential with B12 and Iron to improve quality of blood

Worth the price

I only trust Solgar, full stop. As I'm TTC it's more important then ever to boost my health. Their Folate is very potent compared to other brands. I've been taking it for few months and my cycle became very precise. This is super helpful as I have PCOS.

Brilliant product

I'm vegetarian and find this is the best way for me to make sure I get the correct amount of iron. I really notice when I run out and start to get tired and lethargic again. Brilliant product can't recommend it enough.
