Small, easy to swallow tablets. I take it about one hour before bed, and one more as I am going to bed, and it softly and gently I fall asleep. Going through chemo, I need something that helps take the edge of yet not sleepy in the morning.

I bought 10mg and take 2 a night. I am falling asleep quicker, but am still waking up thru the night just less often. I would say it helps.
