Storkcraft Sorrento 3 Drawer Chest with Changing Topper - Driftwood

The drawers are very big and love that it just opens one drawer at a time perfect for my little baby that is already walking.

The changing topper is good size for new born baby. All you need is some draw dividers if you want to do some organizing. Cute and practical drawers. If you are looking for a small drawers with changing topper for small nursery room, this is definitely such a great one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in love with Strokcraft Sorrento 3 Drawer chest with changing topper for our baby’s room. It’s very high quality, luxurious and pretty heavy. I love that it has simple design that goes well with our nursery. The three drawers give me enough space to organize my baby’s clothes, diapers and other things. The changing topper is my my favorite because it makes diaper changing much easier and saves me from needing a separate changing table. The drawers are good size. It took us about 2 hours to assemble it. Instructions were pretty clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall lovely piece that looks so adorable in my baby girl's nursery. I feel confident it's a safe piece of furniture to have in there and the solid wood is beautiful! Safety This is a great safe dresser for the nursery. My baby is 11 months old and when she is playing in a room with drawers, she will open them and pull out whatever is in there. This dresser has a safety feature where you can only have 1 drawer open at a time. That means I can just keep the top one slightly open and she can't open any of the other drawers on the bottom. I think this also probably reduces the risk of tipping over too. Construction This is a beautiful solid wood piece and you can tell as soon as you pull out the pieces from the box. Everything was packed very well and nothing was damaged. The changing topper connects to the dresser via screws that go into the back of the dresser, so once the topper is removed there's no evidence that it was a changing table. This will last a while because it's sturdy and quality. Functionality Due to the safety feature of the drawers, they are not super glidey and smooth to open or close, but I think that's the point. You don't want them super easy for babies or kids to open. The drawers are spacious. I can fit standard drawer organizers in them and 1 drawer can fit all of the diapering essentials and more. Another drawer can fit my baby's entire size 18 - 24m wardrobe. Assembly Because this is solid wood, it is heavy. The brand recommends 2 people assemble it. My husband helped me move all of the pieces to the 3rd floor and then helped me move the finished piece to the nursery, but I assembled it on my own within the same day I received it using a drill, screwdriver, and provided alum wrench. You don't need a drill, but it helps make the process faster. I think the instructions could be a bit better. The back weighted pieces that screw onto the back of the dresser, they should be put on after the legs not at the very beginning. They're very thick and prevent you from using the alum wrench efficiently. I instead of being able to use the end where you can spin it 360 degrees, you have to use the end where you can only rotate it slightly before having to pick it back up and readjust to rotate more. The screw placement on the instructions for the weighted back pieces were also mirrored, that was confusing for a few minutes for me.
