A King adjustable mattress typically measures around 76″ × 80″, Since the bed frame is significantly smaller (about 41″ wide × 78″ deep), it cannot accommodate a standard King or King adjustable mattress. A: Hello hin59 - Thank you for your Question! Yes, this bed would work with an adjustable frame.They would simply build our frame around their adjustable frame. Their frame would have to fit within the interior dimensions of our frame. for a Twin that would be 31 1/4" x 67 1/4" ( at 6" from the floor). I hope it helps - Juliette.

Beautiful but.....
Beautiful bed, but here’s my honest review. 🤍 I absolutely love the look of it—the design, fabric, and overall color are gorgeous, and it really gives our bedroom that cozy, elegant feel. However, I was a little disappointed with the sideboards because they feel quite thin and don’t look as sturdy as I expected. The bed also had a very strong smell when we first opened the packages, so we had to air it out for about two days before using it. It arrived in two packages, which was fine, but keep in mind that assembly isn’t super quick. It took two people about an hour and a half to put everything together. The bed pieces themselves aren’t labeled with letters, so you really have to rely on the pictures in the manual to figure out which piece is which. The instructions can be pretty confusing, and the only things that were clearly labeled with letters and pictures were the screws/hardware. 😅 For the price, I expected a little more in terms of construction and quality. Personally, I don’t think I would pay over $1,000 for this bed. It’s beautiful, but I think you’re paying more for the look than the overall sturdiness. Also, the color looks a little different in person compared to the online photos, although that could just be the lighting. Overall: beautiful, cozy, and stylish—but I’d manage your expectations when it comes to the quality, assembly, and sturdiness. 🤍
