Zipper broke 2 weeks after school started
My son purchased this for his senior year backpack. We were unsure if it would be big enough, but it fits his items perfectly. Our only issue is the zipper broke already, the other zipper closes the bag still but the other one doesn't, so he has to make sure to only use one side. He didn't overstuff the bag either, just normal use. He does get a lot of compliments on the bag though.
From Bioworld Product Expert team
We’re glad to hear the backpack fits your son’s needs well and that he’s been getting lots of compliments on it! We’re sorry, however, to hear that one of the zippers broke with normal use. We understand how inconvenient it is to have to rely on only one side of the zipper. We truly appreciate you sharing these details with us, and we’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to our team for future consideration. If you’d like to initiate a return or exchange, please share your order details with us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Cute but cheaply made
It's a really cute bag, I love Gary. The outside is nice, but the inside...not so much. I opened it right now and tried lifting up the velcro, only to find it's already ripped.
