Review Quotes

"This little book is a winner for early readers and even younger listeners. The story line is simple and the vocabulary is easily understood by even the youngest audience. The illustrations give opportunity to explore the story beyond the text. What sounds does Starry hear that might alarm her? Where would one have the scent of orange blossoms to guide one home? The illustrations are simple fresh watercolors that have charm and appeal and suit the story just right. This book should be a welcome addition to any child's library-at home, school or otherwise."

The story is an excellent prompt for an important discussion about what to do if a child ever finds himself feeling lonely or lost.
