A: 7.5 x 10.5" is not big enough for 2 lasagne noodles across/layer. I hope people read this before they order these pans. They are gorgeous but not big enough for much of anything.

A: The specifications indicate these dishes withstand temperatures up to 572°. This is broiler temperature. So, yes, they can be used to broil.

A: I am guessing that they are very heavy, although I wish the product specifications specified a specific, actual weight: my Staub 6-quart Dutch oven weighs a ton.

Q: What is the volume of each pan? As in standard quart sizes? No wonder they are so heavily discounted.
I have (now had) this set. Got the 2 piece set a couple years ago. It didn't get a lot of use, but I liked to use it for smaller servings when needed. Unfortunately both dishes developed minute crazing under the finish which upon use useless.

Staub is the BEST.
I love this set! I can't speak enough on the quality, the color, and the overall experience of using a Staub. They're so easy to clean and store. I am looking forward to this being a heritage piece that my children will think fondly of and one day use for their family.

You can practically wipe them clean!
I love the way these dishes are so easy to clean and how they heat and cook everything evenly. I accidently dropped my small baker and broke off one of the handles and ended up getting 2 more as replacements - but who are we kidding, I will probably will buy another set now in another color, because there is also SO many beautiful colors offered! They are such a good product, I will not use anything else.

Great baking dish, well made and heavy
Overall, this is a great set. It's very well made, has held up well when cooking, and is easy to clean. Obviously, don't drop it or it will shatter. I've used it in the microwave and oven, and it's been through the dishwasher, zero problems. This is the first ceramic baking dish that I've used, it's really nice. Be warned, it is also quite heavy.

Super Cute and Easy to Clean!
My fiancé and I received this as a wedding gift and it is the cutest addition to our kitchen! It’s super easy to clean and retains heat pretty well. We have it in the color Macaron and it’s the prettiest shade of pink!
