Designed in Australia, the STM Dux case for iPad Mini 4 offers the perfect balance of heavy-duty protection and practical functionality. The Dux passes the Military Standard Drop Test (26 drop from 4 feet). The fitted bracket is made from super-durable polycarbonate that is reinforced with beefy, rubberized edges to provide an extra dose of confidence for even the most accident prone among us. The STM Dux also features a water-resistant polyurethane cover to ward off an occasional drip or spill. Just because the STM Dux is rugged doesn't mean that you need to sacrifice function, however. The protective cover doubles as an instant on/off smart cover that wakes and turns off the device. Fold the cover back, and the patent-pending magnetic closure secures itself for the perfect typing or viewing positions. A unique, clear panel covers the back of the device, which makes the Dux compatible for institutional asset tagging or customizing with your own image

Not quite as expected
This is a nice looking, well-made case. That being said, if I had looked closer at the pictures, I would have seen that it only has two viewing modes, not “multiple”, and I would not have bought it, unless it had been much cheaper than $35. Also, the volume buttons do not line up with those on my mini iPad 4. I will keep it because it isn’t worth my taking it back to the store (30 miles) and I don’t want to pay to ship it back.

Great Case!
I love this case! It is sturdy and is very functional. It helps to save battery life and really did protect my iPad when it was dropped. I highly recommend this case!

Don't Buy
I like to watch videos on my iPad mini, and I need to stand it up to do so. This stand does NOT stand on its own. I have to prop it up with something. I could get a stand-up stand for less than $15.00, but I thought that this one would be of a better quality. Very Disappointing.
