Brand new ipad broken in 30 seconds

Doesn’t protect at all. Got my kid autistic a this case to protect a brand new iPad he got for Christmas and it did not protect at all. Now I’m out a $900 iPad and wasted $50 on a case. Apple needs to do better.

All works fine My biggest complaint is that there is no opening for the camera when the tablet is step up on the desk.

Case needs modification or instructions need updat

The case feels nice it’s a little more bulky than my previous iPad case. The protective lens had to be removed so my iPad Pro m4 would fit in the housing. I’m not liking the pencil holder. It doesn’t close up and if I was traveling around it possibly could fall off.

Pencil cover ALWAYS breaks

This is the second defender case I’ve used, the first was with work and now my personal iPad. Both cases the flap that covers the pencil charging space has broken off and won’t slide back into its little hinge ports. Very frustrating!

Sturdy case

Sturdy case, if you use your iPad and environment, that might be a little demanding. I like the back that has good grip. The only negative I would have is the exposed access port for the Apple Pencil Pro. I liked the older model where the pencil was underneath the top cover.

Slide-out Stand SUCKS!!!!

The slide out stand sticks and is very difficult to open and close. You almost have to break it to get it to work.

Not The Quality I Expected / Very Disappointed

I’ve always gotten OTTERBOX cases for any upgrade in a new phone & never had a problem. The current case I received a couple of weeks ago is not of the same quality.

M4 11" iPad case loses pencil charge cover

I like the toughness and the built-in screen protector. The weak link is the separate small piece that covers the pencil charger. It is not very secure and frequently falls off.
