Awesome summer book! This book has a mix of things from various subjects. It is organized so that it is easy to follow & a little bit is covered on each subject throughout the week. The added “quest” map and stickers provide a goal tracking/incentive earning style which enhances the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend purchasing this book for some simple, quick, and fun, daily summer practice.

Junk

Just scanning through this book, it is full of garbage! Witches, monsters, greek gods, etc. I definitely feel it is full of propaganda for little minds and wrapped in “education” to make it look less obvious. Returning. Also bought the 4-5 grade one and returning that too.

Keeping kids busy

My kids can’t get enough of this book! They can’t wait to finish a page to add a sticker to their map. Schools only been out for a week and a half, and my son is already into level 4. I also got another book for him, but he doesn’t want to do it because there is no chart.

Great Summer book for us. We homeschool so this is one of our in between grades book. The K to 1st also helped my daughter. The kids and enjoyed the sticker map and outdoor activities.

The exercises are a little "quirky" in that I have to look at the answers to be clear on what the exercise requires. The stickers for the map do not stand out so the purpose is defeated if it is to see and track progress.
