Entourage effect better than apigenin alone
I've tried this and apigenin, and although there's less apigenin in this chamomile extract, there are other compounds in it that work GREAT for anxiety during the day time. For a nice cozy sleepy effect before bed I will take 3 of these (I don't get sleepy easily). Also, there is less of a hangover effect. Pretty mild mannered

Calm and Relaxing Feeling
I have taken this product for years and I find it very helpful. It helps me relax enough to fall sleep at night. It helps me in those intense meetings to keep me calm and get me through them.

Helps sleep
This product seems to help one achieve a deeper sleep. I wish that Swanson's would offer larger size bottles of some products at a better price.....30 capsules does not last long.

Extracts are not always more effective then the whole product but in this case I would say the extract is the best. It is calming without over doing it therefore allowing me to think quickly, clearly and respond to demands in my busy day. It keeps me from feeling stressed, even though I should be. Also there is no drowsiness or lethargy by taking this any time of the day.... but at night , a deep, restful nights sleep is apparent. It is a good product!

Brings a sense of calmness
This product is so easy to use. It beats brewing up a cup of chamomile tea before bedtime, especially if it's late. The extract brings on a sense of calmness that makes it easy to relax and fall asleep. And I don't wake up with a "hung over" feeling. Very good product, good value, and convenient.
