    Surprising results

    I stopped consuming caffeine (colas are my downfall) three months ago, and I’ve been skipping tea and chocolate just to stay stimulant free. But I wanted the EGCG, so I bought this. I noticed a light, steady energy lift with a single dose. Not what I bought it for, just an appreciated side effect. I’ll change my dose timing to take advantage of the lift early afternoon.

    Overpriced!!!

    Over priced garbage. They don't want to sell you the generic cheap green tea, just like their affordable bromelain that is always out. That's fine. I will make sure to be it from a competitor then. NOT FROM SWANSON, just like my bromelain!

    Energy Boost

    Great supplement!!

    I take this supplement everyday. I feel better. I can tell when I have missed it. I take it for the great health benefits. I also notice it helps take away that little bit of puffiness I wake up with in the morning.
